"Give time to yourself, rather than giving excuses"

"When we don't put effort, we give thousand excuses."

"I am fat because, i have the tendency to gain weight"
or
"I will become fat, even if i drink only water" and the list continues .........

What we don't understand is that these excuses are the main reason for anybody to be obese. as we hardly put any effort and tries to cover it with excuses.

Here are few common excuse we usually hear from an obese people - "why do i gain weight".
  • "I eat so less still i gain weight" - This is because we are unaware of what is the calorie requirement of our body.
  • "We should not waste food" - We always eat more than required by our body which expands our stomach to an extent that we intake more food.
  • "From tomorrow i will surely start exercising or i want exercise but i have not time" - Very simple reason for this is, we are just lazy to do it.
We somehow always have our excuse ready for when it comes to our wellness, because we don't understand the importance of it unless its usually too late that a doctor has to remind us that now is the time you have to start taking care of your health and than we try and look for quick alternatives which most of the time proves all the more harmful.

So the early we realize the importance of our wellness, the healthier life we lead for long, that's why:

"Give time to yourself, rather than giving excuses"

Movement

This questions often comes in our mind ???

"We work so hard all day, hardly get time to take a proper meal but we still gain weight"
OR
"We eat healthy food, go for a walk also, but still we gain weight"

WHY ? WHY ? WHY ?

The answer to this question is very simple, its because of lack of movement of your all body parts. There is no rocket science in it, like a machine need greasing and servicing to run smoothly, our body is also like a machine which also need that greasing and servicing.
In the context of our body is it nothing but moving (or in other words exercising) every part of the body, so that it keep on maintaining its flexibility and do not have fat accumulation hence no increase in size. We all know this and generally always follow this when we are young as we get dictated for it,
For example:
  • We never forget to massage a new born baby.
  • The PT class in the school,
  • Warm up before a game or dance class.
Then why we never follow this in our day today life, it is because we think we don't have enough time. But trust me, its doesn't take long, even if you give 1 minute to each body part, you will be surprised to know that it will only going to take maximum 15 minutes of your day with no extra efforts. All you have to do is make it a part of your daily routine and not to miss to eat right at regular interval.

So today's mantra is "MOVEMENT"
