We
are busy people, always overloaded with work, deadlines to meet, targets to
achieve with pressed time. We are also committed people too, towards our family
and friends as most of us do hard work for the happiness and well-being of our
loved ones. We are sometimes lazy, unaware and helpless too. You all must be
thinking, why I am telling you all this which you already know…
Actually
all I want each one of us, is to introspect and answer these:

Are
we really so busy?
·
Do
we really have a lot of commitments to live up to?
·
Are
we lazy, unaware and helpless?
While
you are busy introspecting yourself, let me put some facts forward:
·
24
hours will never going to be more or less, its constant for all of us so I
guess we need to learn a better time management so that in our own life we have
some time for our own self.
·
Work
also will always going to be there and if you don’t have hand full of work
either the company your are working for is in losses or your boss is not doing
his/her job properly, lol
·
We
live in a society so it’s obvious that we will always going to have social
commitments also to live up too.
·
And
with so much to do already, we also get tired and need rest.
For
most of us all the above four are always have more importance then our own
well-being, we always stretch ourselves to the limits that doctor have to
suggest us that now is high time we should start doing some things for our own
wellness or else we will be in bad shape that’s when we awakens but then also
we look for shortcut to wellness like diets, couple of hours in gym, power yoga
etc.
What
we should do instead is change our lifestyle for long term wellness rather than
short cuts (More on this in my next blog) and always know:
“The priority you give to yourself is exactly equal to your wellness”
