Break The Ice

If you really want to initiate your Wellness Journey, you first and foremost need to BREAK THE ICE of your:

* Existing Routine
* Excuses

And  

* Be OPEN to ACCEPT the CHANGES Wellness will bring 
                    &
* Be FIRM and COMMITTED to follow the same slow and steady to continue it for rest of your life.

If you are not ready to Break The Ice and are not Open to Accept Changes, life will be same as earlier.
