The ME TIME for Relax Body & Mind
Start your day with a relax body & mind so that it prepares itself better for the hectic day ahead with some ME TIME right after you wake up as it's the best time to be yourself. Hence, spend at least 5-10 minutes in the morning to:
* Thank God for yet another lovely day and pray for good health and well-being for you and your loved ones.
* Think of your goals and way forwards to achieve the same.
AVOID:
* Using mobile phone to see official and personal mails and messages.
* Straight away rushing into active mode to start your daily chores.
