The Reason Should be YOU

I often see people taking up wellness because somebody advised them to do so, be it family or friends and horrified by a doctor but I have also seen that the quicker they start, the sooner it ends too.

Have you ever thought why ???

Actually the answer is very simple because the driving force behind that was somebody else not YOU.

So does that mean you cannot do it, the answer is a BIG NO, but to change this scenario, you have to become a little SELFISH.

·        * Appreciate yourself when you look good, click a selfie !!!
·        * Learn to say NO when you don’t want to eat extra food or drink
·        * Work is worship but not at the cost of your health and trust me it will never finish even if you get an extra 25th Hour also  
·        * Work out whenever you get time; don’t wait for that leisurely perfect one hour.
·        * Monitor your weight regularly
·        * Follow your hobby

If you follow these, you will surely notice that taking out time for work out and maintaining yourself is so very easy and it requires no extra effort. All you need to do is INDULGE WITH YOURSELF
