Why do most of us fail to achieve our Goals ??

I asked a question on Monday 31st July 2017 that: “Why do most of us fail to achieve our Goals”, and I got so many different replies for it.
First and foremost I would like to thank each one of you who take out time in reading my blogs and articles and make an efforts to actually reply to my never ending questions and also for like my page and blogs with increased number each and every time.
 Now coming back to my question on “Why do most of us fail to achieve our goals” have 3 very simple reasons.
The real reason to this is because 90% of time we always concentrate on what we are supposed to do and not on how we are going to achieve it. We always make goals like:
·        I will get up at 6 am from tomorrow onwards or I will join Gym or Yoga Class ???
·        I will close a sale ????
·        I will do this, I will do that & Bla. Bla. Bla…
All the time we only and only concentrate on what one have to do and never on how one will actually do it and what all it will take to actually achieve it.
“We should concentrate on SOLUTION rather than the Problem to be able to Achieve it”
Secondly we always believe that we have to undergo hardships and change ourselves drastically to actually achieve our goals, which is also not required to do. Achievement of goals is an ongoing and continuous process and in that due course of time, one has to continuously keep upgrading oneself. Many people leave following their goals even before they actually start it because of this reason only.
“Everything is Hard before it becomes EASY”
Last but not the least we always forget and fail to accept it that things will not work out in the first attempt. It takes time and consistent efforts to achieve it at last and succeed.

* Why we have to only get up at 5 or 6 am, which always gets snoozed to start our WELLNESS initiative???

* Why we always have to wait for another new year to make WELLNESS resolution which we can't even keep till the second day ???

WHY ???? WHY ??? WHY ????

Why can't we just STEAL THE MOMENT from our current day only !!

* Think of your goals and way forwards to achieve the same.

AVOID:

Wellness & Capability Development


Analyzing people now is so part of my life because of consulting and training I do that even if I am not willing to do that it still keeps on happening at back of my mind. Like today only while I was coming back home in a metro, I was doing my work but couldn’t help observing follow travelers. Out of who so ever I could see, only 15-20 % of the crowd was carrying them well and had public area etiquette's. Rest of them either was so mismatched or was actually had more than extra swag !!!
                                                                                                         
GOD HELP THEM !!!!!  

Every time I encounter people like these I feel like taking session. I know it’s just my work that is too much on my head. But still with so much of digitalization as we keep on saying, 80% of us still lacks in our basics only.

Sharing more on today’s experience, I came across with a group of college girls, dressed up with extra swag but poor public area etiquette's. Out of them all one was chewing a gum so irritatingly that actually made me change my seat and whole of my journey I couldn’t help but to just see the way these girls was behaving. I feel so bad sometimes for such young crowd not knowing what they are doing. But this doesn’t mean that only youth does this, I have come across many experienced people also behaving similarly.

We talk about brands, we follow trends but still 80-85% of people don’t know how to carry them well and even if we know that we lack in public area etiquette. I always think what are we learning and what we are teaching to our future generation.


I so wish to conduct wellness and capability development training's from small to big level. I request people from every walk life from corporate to institutions to join hands with me and help me conduct the same at every level so that maximum of people gets the benefits of the same.

Why i didn't write for so long ????

Writing my thoughts after couple of months actually making me think that why I didn’t write for all these months even though this is one of my favorite things to do out of many things I do regularly.

Pen in hand and I am thinking was I really that busy that I didn’t had time to write and share my thoughts with the world like I love to do.

One side of my mind is actually saying “YES”. Things were busy for me for last couple of months with back to back projects, so on and so forth.

BUT

My inner conscious is not totally in agreement to this. It says that It was just my laziness that even after having so many points in my mind to write on, I decided to just let it go with the flow and put no extra efforts to actually do it and the sad part is that I also somewhere convinced that later is the only reason for me for not writing for so long.

I also know that I am not the only one doing this; we all do it for something or the other on a daily basis. I am writing this thought today because 90% of the time its only our sheer laziness that restricts us from doing things we really want to do and to put that extra efforts.

So, like I had this realization now, I really hope everybody reading this would also do the same. And if any one of you actually realize this and you do something which you really wanted to do and didn’t do it because of sheer laziness, do share it with us !!!!

With this note, I say bye for now and I really hope to see you all more regularly now with my thoughts.
