* Why we always have to wait for that perfect day, which is usually tomorrow that never comes to initiate our WELLNESS journey ???
* Why we have to only get up at 5 or 6 am, which always gets snoozed to start our WELLNESS initiative???
* Why we always have to wait for another new year to make WELLNESS resolution which we can't even keep till the second day ???

* Think of your goals and way forwards to achieve the same.
